Our approach

nocapmocap respects intellectual property rights. Users are responsible for making sure they have the rights needed for prompts, uploads, generated outputs, shared motions, pack metadata, thumbnails, and any other content they submit to the service.

Copyright notices

If you believe content on nocapmocap infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@nocapmocap.com with the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
  • Identification of the nocapmocap content you claim is infringing, including the URL or enough detail for us to find it.
  • Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

What happens next

We may remove or disable access to reported content, restrict distribution, contact the user who posted the content, request more information, or reject notices that are incomplete or appear abusive. We may forward your notice, including your contact information, to the user who posted the content or to service providers involved in processing the report.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@nocapmocap.com with the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts for your location, or if you are outside the United States, for a court with jurisdiction over nocapmocap.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly submit content that violates our Terms. We may also remove content that raises intellectual property, safety, legal, or platform-risk concerns even if it is not the subject of a formal copyright notice.
