What nocapmocap is

nocapmocap is an AI-powered service that generates character animations from text prompts. You describe a motion, we generate FBX animation files you can use in your projects.

Credits and payments

• 1 credit = 1 second of animation
• Each generation produces 4 variations for the same credit cost
• Credits are deducted when you start a generation
• Failed generations are automatically refunded
• Subscription credits reset monthly and don't roll over
• Purchased credit packs don't expire

Your content

You own the animations you generate. Use them in games, videos, commercial projects — they're yours. We don't claim any rights to your generated content.

Acceptable use

Don't use nocapmocap to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Circumvent our systems or abuse the API
• Resell the service without permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent content origin

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee 100% availability. AI generation can occasionally fail or produce unexpected results. We're continuously improving the model.

Account termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Refunds for unused credits on terminated accounts are handled case-by-case.

Limitation of liability

nocapmocap is provided "as is". We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Major changes will be announced via email.
