NoCapMocap is an AI-powered service that generates character animation files from text prompts, uploaded videos, and related source materials. You describe or upload a motion, and the service returns animation files and related previews that you can save, download, share, or use in supported creator workflows.
You must be at least 13 years old to use NoCapMocap. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
As between you and NoCapMocap, we do not claim ownership of your prompts, uploaded videos, source files, avatars, reference images, generated animation files, saved library items, or community submissions. We refer to the files, prompts, videos, images, metadata, and other content you submit as "User Materials." Subject to applicable law, these Terms, third-party model and platform terms, and any rights you hold in your inputs, you may use generated animation files in personal and commercial projects.
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed for prompts, avatars, reference images, uploaded videos, names, descriptions, thumbnails, and any other material you submit, including permission from any person whose face, body, likeness, voice, performance, movement, or personal information appears in the upload. AI outputs may be similar to content generated for other users. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, or accepted by any game engine, marketplace, platform, or tool.
You grant NoCapMocap a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transform, transmit, display, reproduce, and create outputs from your User Materials as needed to operate, provide, secure, support, and enforce the service, and to comply with applicable law. This license does not give NoCapMocap ownership of your User Materials.
We do not use your private User Materials or private generated outputs to train machine learning models without your explicit consent. We may use de-identified, aggregated, or technical information to improve reliability, safety, product quality, and performance.
Uploaded source videos are private by default. Other users cannot view your private uploaded source videos unless a feature explicitly says that the source file itself will be shared or published and you choose to use that feature. Sharing, publishing, or selling a generated animation does not publish the underlying source video. We may process and retain uploaded videos and related source files for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain generation history, support retries and troubleshooting, respond to user requests, investigate disputes, chargebacks, copyright claims, abuse reports, fraud, security incidents, or comply with legal obligations.
We may retain relevant User Materials for longer where needed to resolve an active dispute, legal request, safety issue, fraud investigation, billing issue, policy violation, or security incident. When User Materials are no longer reasonably needed for these purposes, we delete or de-identify them according to our operational deletion processes. Deletion from backups, logs, caches, or third-party processors may take additional time.
When you publish, share, list, or sell content through Explore, packs, or other community features, you grant NoCapMocap a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, where legally permitted, to host, store, copy, process, display, distribute, promote, and make that content available through the service. This license lets us operate the product, create technical copies and previews, run moderation, provide support, and allow other users to download or use content they obtain through the service.
If you remove shared content, we may stop showing it publicly, but users who already downloaded or purchased it may keep access to their copies. We may remove, limit, or refuse community content that violates these Terms, third-party rights, model terms, platform rules, or applicable law.

NoCapMocap depends on third-party AI technology and related license terms. You agree not to use the service, generated outputs, or related materials for:
NoCapMocap relies on third-party infrastructure, storage, delivery, and AI processing providers. Public documentation describes product capabilities and does not expose private model, runtime, storage, or provider implementation details. HY-Motion is provided under its own Community License, which includes territory, acceptable-use, attribution, and output restrictions. You may use NoCapMocap only where your use is permitted by these Terms, applicable law, and the relevant third-party terms.
We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI generation can fail, time out, produce unexpected results, or change as models, infrastructure, and product features evolve. We may add, remove, limit, suspend, or change features when needed to operate the service.
You can report suspected copyright infringement through our Copyright Policy. Other community safety or quality issues may be reported in-product where reporting tools are available. We may remove content, restrict distribution, suspend accounts, or terminate repeat infringers.
You can delete your account from dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or expose us to legal liability. Deleting a generation, library item, or account removes or starts removal of the relevant active-service records and associated stored files, subject to technical cleanup, backups, and third-party processor timing. Some records and User Materials may be retained where needed for billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, copyright claims, chargebacks, legal compliance, backups, or already-purchased community content.
NoCapMocap is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, and error-free outputs. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, indirect damages, special damages, consequential damages, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, outputs, shared content, packs, and use of the service. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold harmless NoCapMocap from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. For material changes, we may provide notice by email, in-product notice, or a notice on the site.
